Under California law (CCPA), you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
What This Means
Afterspace licenses user-uploaded images to third parties. This is how we provide our service.
If you opt out, you must delete your account because we cannot provide service without licensing images.
What Happens to Already Uploaded Images
Images you've already uploaded will continue to be licensed under the perpetual agreement in our Terms of Service Section 6.2. Opting out does not affect previously uploaded content.
How to Opt Out
Delete your account:
- Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
- Or email privacy@afterspace.com with subject "Delete Account"
Your account will be deleted within 15 business days.

Important Information About Past Uploads
Uploads made prior to account deletion are not affected.
When you uploaded photos to Afterspace, you agreed to our Terms of Service, which grants us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use those images for:
- Storing and processing the images
- Training and improving our AI models
- Creating and using derivative works commercially
This agreement was made at the time of each upload and remains in effect regardless of account status. The consent you provided is logged with timestamps and cannot be retroactively withdrawn for images already uploaded.
Deleting your account will prevent future uploads but does not affect our rights to images uploaded while the agreement was in effect.
